Shipping and Returns
Shipping
All merchandise items can be shipped worldwide. Shipping costs will vary depending on the number of items and destination country.
For most items, production time is 2-4 days, at which time the item(s) will be packaged and shipped. Customers will receive email updates on the progress of their order, which will include an estimated delivery date once their package has been shipped. US customers can expect to receive most items within 7-10 days, however all items are custom-made so delays may occur.
Returns

Any merchandise that is damaged, mis-printed or does not match the ordered specifications (size difference between order and item received) can be returned for a replacement within 30 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the item showing any damage or the label in case of an incorrect clothing size.
Because every item we sell is custom-made, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges in cases of buyer’s remorse, except for customers ordering from and shipping to Brazil*. Please check the sizing charts carefully when ordering clothing – all clothing items we sell are pre-shrunk so they will remain the size listed on the chart.
* Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Lost Package
Customers can contact us directly by email within 30 days of the estimated delivery date given in the progress emails to report a lost package. Our fulfillment partner will investigate and, if the error was on their part, will replace the item at their cost. If the carrier reports the package was delivered, we will not be able to provide a replacement for lost or stolen items.
